To require the state insurance commission to create, distribute and promote a plain-English long-term care insurance consumer comparison guide which includes cost and benefit comparisons of policies sold in this state. The bill requires the commission to provide a toll-free number for inquiries and complaints about long-term care policies, and requires insurers to provide information for the guide.
