To authorize part of a municipality which is coterminous with a school district boundary to establish a recreational authority, which has taxing power for purposes of providing local recreational amenities. A vote of the full legislative body of the municipality would be required. Currently, only two of more separate municipalities may establish a recreational authority, not a portion of a municipality.
