To extend application of the Freedom of Information Act to information submitted to the state by insurance companies claiming an "insurance compliance self-evaluative audit document" privilege, and to information submitted by the multi-company insurance placement entities created by state law. These entities include the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) , Michigan worker's compensation placement facility, Michigan automobile insurance placement facility, the Michigan property and casualty guaranty association, and the Michigan life and health insurance guaranty association.
