To allow a charter school to operate multiple sites under a single charter. Under current law, as interpreted by a recent Attorney General opinion, a charter school may have multiple sites, but may not duplicate grade levels at the different sites. The bill would allow a charter school to operate more than one school under a single contract, with each school offering the same grades as the others.
