To require an insurance company which refuses to pay an insured person for losses under an automobile or home insurance policy, because it suspects the person was involved in arson or theft, to report the suspicions to local law enforcement. If the insured person sues and wins a judgment that the insurance company must pay, the court would be required to award all legal costs and expenses to the insured person.
