Repeal archaic "lewd behavior" law

To repeal the crimes of cohabitation by divorced parties, cohabitation by unmarried couples, blasphemy, profane cursing, or using immoral, obscene, vulgar or insulting language in the presence or hearing of any woman or child. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4614 to 4617, which repeal several archaic laws.
