To eliminate a state motorcycle education program which provides grants to agencies to subsidize training courses. The motorcycle license fees which supported the program are also eliminated. This bill is one of several proposed by Gov. Jennifer Granholm authorizing policy revisions to focus state departments on their core missions, as part of her package to close a gap between state spending and expected revenue in the Fiscal Year 2003-2004 budget.
