To clarify in a new bill that the retroactive correction of a terminated child support order proposed by <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4120">House Bill 4120</a> is a correction of a mistake and not a retroactive modification. House Bill 4120 would allow a man ordered to pay child support to petition for relief from payments if genetic testing shows that he is not the child’s father.
