To require courts to waive the court costs otherwise imposed on a person submitting proof of no fault auto insurance in court after being cited for failing to produce the required form when requested by a law enforcement officer. <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4308">House Bill 4308</a> would also waive the court fees.
