To create a state justice system fund to which various court fees and assessments would be deposited, and provide a formula for the distribution of the revenue to various court and law enforcement functions. This bill is part of a legislative package which would fix the amount of various court fees and make them mandatory, removing the discretion of judges to waive fees in certain cases.
