To allow drugs made by the Pfizer/Pharmacia Corporation to be included on the state’s approved Medicaid drug reimbursement list notwithstanding prices which might otherwise disqualify them, in return for benefits provided by the company, including disease management programs, health and fitness prevention programs, drug product donation programs, drug utilization control programs, prescriber and beneficiary counseling and education, and more.
