2003 House Bill 4829

Introduced in the House

June 12, 2003

Introduced by Rep. John Pappageorge (R-41)

To require community college elections to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in June, and consolidate all community college bond and millage elections to one of the three days on which all elections would be held in the state, as proposed in the election consolidation package comprised of House Bills 4829 to 4832. School districts would run the June elections, but a district could opt to let local clerks run these instead.
