To establish as an unfair trade practice the action of automobile insurer to solicit, offer, pay, or receive a kickback or bribe in connection with the process of adjusting, resolving, denying, or litigating a claim for automotive repair, punishable by a fine up to $50,000, up to five years in prison, and license revocation.
