To revise the mission of the Michigan Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) to enhancing fish or wildlife habitat, as part of the mission of the Michigan Habitat Trust Fund which would be placed in the Constitution by House Joint Resolution J. The bill would eliminate the CCC endowment fund, since funding would come from the proposed new fund.
