To increase from one to three the number of campaign finance reports which state office candidate committees are required to file in non-election years, and increase the maximum contribution an individual can make to candidate from $500 to o $1,000 for the state House, from $1,000 to $2,000 for the state Senate, and from $3,400 to $6,800 for statewide offices. Contribution caps would be adjusted periodically for inflation.
