To increase the penalties for littering and illegal dumping. The bill would make illegally dumping more than three and less than 10 cubic yards of material a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in prison, and a fine of up to $2,500. For illegally dumping 10 cubic yards or more, the penalty would be up to one year in prison, and a fine of up to $5,000.
