To provide exceptions to the law that prohibits the operator of an airport facility which receives state or federal money to prohibit access to or use of the airport. The bill would allow the operator to prohibit use of the airport to those who fail to pay airport fees, fail to follow generally applied standards for airport use, or violate state or federal safety rules.
