To require the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to report each year to the legislature the total number of new jobs created in this state by tax abatements, credits, or exemptions granted to particular firms; the name of the entities that receive these benefits; the number of jobs created by each of these entities; the type and amount of health care coverage offered by each, if known; and a statement of whether the benefits to the entity reduced employment at other Michigan facilities it owns.
