To exclude campaign contributions of less than $10 from the requirement that the contributor's name and address be reported by a campaign committee. Small contributions from political bingo games would not be excluded, and campaign finance reports would still be required to list the total amount of all contributions, including small ones. The bill would also impose new reporting requirements on the "separate segregated funds" created for political purposes by corporations or labor unions.
