To require the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) to come under the state Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act. MCCA is the entity established to provide reinsurance of the liability of individual auto insurance companies for payment of unlimited medical claims above $250,000 per incident, as required by the state no-fault auto insurance law.
