To create a state judicial technology improvement fund to which various court fees and assessments would be deposited, and provide a formula for the distribution of the revenue to support technology improvements in Michigan courts. This bill is part of a legislative package which would fix the amount of various court fees and reduce the discretion of judges to waive fees in certain cases.
