To require Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) to report every two years to the legislature and the state insurance commissioner on its outside contracts, advertising, and certain administrative expenses, including compensation and expenses incurred by board members, officers, and committees for travel, lodging, food, and beverages. The bill would also require disclosure of details on contracts between BCBS directors or officers and other health care-related entities.
