To require townships in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb counties to allow property owners in 50 percent of residentially zoned areas to place up to eight single family homes on one acre of land if public water and sewage are available, and one house per acre if they are not. Townships would also be required to allow mixed use development which includes residential use, if that is what he land owner chooses.
