To require mobile home park operators to annually provide the local government with a list of the names of the residents and mobile homes in the park, and require local governments (rather than the state) to conduct an annual inspection of the park. The bill would also explicitly authorize local governments to place restrictions on nonpermanent residents in mobile home parks. Under current law, local governments are limited in their authority to regulate mobile home parks.
