To make it a crime to place false or inaccurate information on the seller disclosure form required in residential real estate transactions, subject to up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. The bill authorizes a buyer to sue for actual damages resulting from the false or inaccurate information, or $2,500, whichever is greater.
