To assign two points to the drivers license record of those who violate Michigan's law against excessive tinting of front and side windows. Note: Senate Bill 509, which was passed shortly before introduction of this bill and signed into law as Public Act 165 of 2003, levies annual surcharges of $100 to $300 on anyone who accumulates more than six points on their license within a two-year period.
