To postpone from 2004 to 2005 a change in the filing deadline for a principal residence property tax exemption. Under Senate Bill 520, Public Act 105 of 2003, the deadline changes from May 1 of the year for which the exemption is claimed, to December 31 of the previous year, beginning in 2004.
