To prohibit a person from publicly displaying the social security number of an employee, student, or other individual; printing a social security number on any card required to access products or services; requiring an individual to transmit his or her social security number over an unsecure or unencrypted internet connection; requiring a social security number to access an internet website without security measures; or printing an individual's social security number on a document mailed to an individual, except those mailed for certain specified purposes.
