To increase from $25 to $50 the billboard permit renewal fee for signs less than 300 square feet, and increase it from $40 to $100 for signs larger than 300 square feet. The additional fees would go to a state billboard cleanup fund which would use the money to remove billboards that are in violation of state or local regulations.
