To prohibit an adult who is over the legal alcohol limit from accompanying a minor or other person driving with probationary status in the graduated drivers license program. Under the graduated license law, a person with level-one probationary status may only operate a vehicle when accompanied by a parent or other licensed driver 21 years of age older.
