Authorize CON exemption for certain MRI acquisitions

Introduced in the House

June 23, 2004

Introduced by Rep. Edward Gaffney (R-1)

To exempt hospitals with full time emergency rooms from the certificate of need process for a magnetic resonance imager (MRI) unit installation.
