Authorize “entertainment zone” liquor licenses

To authorize additional liquor licenses for full service restaurants located in an “entertainment one” designated by a city. An entertainment zone would be an area less than one square mile with at least 20 full-service restaurants serving alcohol. These additional liquor licenses would allow 4:00 a.m. closing times.
