Ban liquor sales to recent drunk driving offenders

To require every person buying liquor or an alcoholic drink in Michigan to show identification, regardless of age, and prohibit sales to those who have the vertical driver’s license or state I.D. card proposed by House Bills 6134 and 6135, which indicates that the person has been recently convicted of drunk driving.
