To require the Secretary of State to issue “vertical” (or “portrait”) format drivers licenses or state I.D. cards to persons recently convicted of drunk driving. Under current law the vertical format licenses are only issued to those under the age of 21. House Bill 6133 would ban liquor sales to those with vertical licenses. See also House Bill 6134.
