To raise from $100 to $500 the maximum prize amount that requires a charitable organization holding a raffle to get a license. Also, to increase the maximum amount of certain wager amounts regulated by the same license law, require certain additional disclosures by organizations that do get a license, and make several technical revisions to this law.
