Mandate “candidate likeness” notice

To require the purchaser of paid campaign advertising that includes a likeness of a candidate, including ads paid for by the candidate’s opponent or by a third party, to give that candidate at least 24 hours' advance notice before the ad is shown or distributed. Violators would be subject to a $1,000 fine and up to 93 days in jail.
