Require pesticide application warnings

To require detailed disclosures from a person making a commercial lawn application of a pesticide, and extensive prior notification to owners or users of nearby or neighboring properties. Also, to require retailers that sell pesticides for lawn application to post consumer pesticide use information signs. Also, to require schools to establish a pesticide notification procedure to provide information on pesticide applications at school facilities.
