To require the Department of Management and Budget to provide assistance to nonprofit organizations for supply purchasing services on a fee basis. Under current law this assistance is already offered to any city, village, county, township, school district, intermediate school district, nonprofit hospital, institution of higher education, or community or junior college. The fees charged must cover the cost of providing the assistance.
