Ban certain multibladed devices

To prohibit the manufacture or sale of “any sharp-edged, multibladed device, capable of being carried on the person, with blades that can be locked into place for use as a weapon.” A person possessing such a device used to practice a lawful trade, profession, or occupation would be exempt. Note: “Switchblades” are banned elsewhere in the penal code (MCL 750.226a).
