Revise lottery revenue distribution

To revise the formula for the distribution of lottery revenue, establishing that at least one-half the net lottery revenue go to the state School Aid Fund, rather than requiring all of it to go there. The bill would also establish that no more than 45 percent of the gross receipts be paid out in prizes, that no more than five percent of the gross receipts be used for administration, including, but not limited to, expenses for advertising and programs for compulsive gaming prevention.
