Require used farm equipment “seller’s disclosure statement”

To require dealers in used farm equipment to give each purchaser a “seller’s disclosure statement” containing certain specified information about the equipment. If a dealer failed to provide this form, a buyer could rescind the sale any time over the two years following the sale.
