Tax break for historic building renovation

To authorize a Single Business Tax (credit) worth up to half of the total cost to renovate a historic building. The Department of History, Arts, and Libraries would determine which projects would be granted ten such tax credits a year. Nine of these credits could be worth up to $1 million in value, and one could be worth up to $3 million.
