The substitute passed by voice vote

Amendment offered by Rep. Stephen Adamini (D-109)

To tie-bar the bill to House Bill 4773, meaning this bill cannot become law unless that one does also. HB 4773 would to allow product liability lawsuits against drug companies for drugs that have been approved by the U.S. Food And Drug Administration (FDA), repealing a “tort reform” law passed in 1995 banning such lawsuits unless fraud or bribery were used to gain FDA approval.
