Triple damages for real estate hazard nondisclosure

To allow lawsuits against a person who knowingly rents, leases, or sells building that contains lead-based paint, toxic mold, or asbestos without disclosing its presence. A plaintiff who prevails in such a suit would be allowed to collect triple damages.
