2005 House Bill 4190

Revise rail crossing closing threshold

Introduced in the House

Feb. 3, 2005

Introduced by Rep. David Robertson (R-51)

To raise the threshold that requires the Department of Transportation to close certain existing rail crossings where a new crossing has been added that provides an alternative access to a property. The threshold would go from closing a crossing that accommodates less than 100 vehicles a day to closing one serving less than 1,000 vehicles a day.
