New building inspector conflict of interest criteria

To establish new conflict of interest criteria for licensed building inspectors who have an interest in a construction project or in the contractor firm doing the work, or who have an interest in a competing firm whose bid was not accepted for a project. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4206 to 4206.
