Tax breaks for movie and TV productions

To authorize a Single Business Tax credit against production and accommodation expenses of movie or TV show productions filmed in Michigan. The bill contains a formula for determining the size of the credit based on factors such as the size of the production, how widely distributed the film or show will be, and the number of employees who are Michigan residents.
