Require school dropout data collection

To require the Department of Education to submit data to the federal clearinghouse for education statistics regarding the number of high school dropouts in the state. According to the sponsor, as of 2004 Michigan is one of 13 states that do not report this data, which makes the state ineligible for federal dropout prevention funds.
