To increase from one to three the number of campaign finance reports that state office candidate committees are required to file in non-election years, and increase the maximum contribution an individual can make from $500 to $1,000 for a state House candidate, from $1,000 to $2,000 for a state Senate candidate, and from $3,400 to $6,800 for a statewide office candidate. Contribution caps would then be adjusted periodically for inflation.
