Revise organ donor regulations

To require drivers license applications to contain a space for the applicant to indicate his or her intent to be an organ donor. Also, to eliminate a prohibition on the Secretary of State maintaining a record of the those who indicate a willingness to have their name placed with Michigan's federally designated organ procurement organization, and instead require the Secretary of State to maintain a record of this. See also Senate Bill 301 and House Bills 4082 and 4469.
